George Orwell once said that “in a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” Since he offered those words decades ago, we have seen deceit become a pervasive and global problem, where the general public really has no clue what is happening around the world. The truth is, we live in a world of secrecy, and many prominent figures throughout history have been trying to tell us this for years. Even President Theodore Roosevelt warned us of the secret government, revealing that “behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government, owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.”  (source)

(And he’s not the only one. You can see similar quotes in a previous article we published here.)

More people became aware of the world of secrecy when Edward Snowden, a former intelligence contractor, leaked the very first documentation that proved the existence of clandestine black budget operations. These programs go far beyond surveillance and have no oversight from Congress. (You can read more about that topic here.)

Antarctica: The Rockefeller Connection

Found @ Stillness In The Storm
(Bankster Slayer“Bob, they’re after me.”

— Secretary of Defense James Forrestal to future secretary Bob Lovett in Hobe Sound, Florida in April 1949

At this sixth episode in our Antarctica saga, it might be helpful to take a step back and view a timeline of important events that are either specifically connected to Antarctica or are connected to parallel world events. As this jigsaw puzzle continues to come into view, it is important to see how some events that you might never have considered to be related to our southern continent just might, after all, be entirely connected.

Trump’s presidential win left many people feeling let down by their fellow citizens. It came as a big surprise, particularly to many of the women of America, who saw a clear betrayal in the fact that not only did a woman not win the election, she was beat out by a sexist womanizer.

Aside from that aspect, I think most people were just left in shock. How could this man have become president? At the beginning many people, myself included, thought this whole thing was a practical joke at best. Toward the end, I was thinking that he was put there just to make Clinton look better. And then he won.

It left many feeling hopeless for the future. If someone like Trump can become President of the United States of America, then we are doomed, right? Well, maybe not. There are more perspectives on this situation. And if you believe that everything happens for a reason, then surely, there is more to Trump winning the election than meets the eye…

A company called Lion’s Roar, which publishes a magazine on Buddhist wisdom for today, decided to reach out to some Buddhist teachers and hear their perspectives on what Trump’s presidency really means for America. Below is what the various teachers had to say about this presidential election and what it means for us.

About four billion years ago, bacteria created minuscule tubes and filaments, most likely in deep-sea hydrothermal vents. A team of scientists from University College London (UCL) believe they have found the remains of the microorganisms, which means they’ve been preserved for billions of years. The scientists suggest they could even be the oldest fossils ever discovered by humans.

The microfossils, which are made of a type of rust called haematite, were found inside quartz layers of the Nuvvuagittuq Supracrustal Belt (NSB) in Quebec, Canada. If such a discovery proves to be true, it could offer insight into the origins of life on Earth.

“If these rocks do indeed turn out to be 4.28 [bn years old] then we are talking about the origins of life developing very soon after the oceans formed 4.4 bn years ago,” noted Matthew Dodd, who is the first author of the research from University College, London.

The team explains that the findings support the idea that life emerged and diversified on Earth very quickly. Dodd also noted that the discovery of the structures reveals new ways to determine if life existed elsewhere in the solar system. “If we look at similarly old rocks [from Mars] and we can’t find evidence of life, then this certainly may point to the fact that Earth may be a very special exception and life might just have arisen on Earth,” said Dodd.

Who's in Charge of Investigating Deaths in Antarctica? -- Criminal Behavior Down Below?

(Stillness in the Storm Editor) Corey Goode sent this to me earlier today. I can't help but wonder if this is a story that is covering up some other activity happening in the southern most continent, despite the fact it is fairly old. David Wilcock and others have suggested that there is a Cabal "Disney Land" there—frozen ruins of ancient advanced extraterrestrials.

(Dave RoosIn May 2000, Rodney Marks, an astrophysicist spending the winter at the South Pole, died suddenly after an acute illness. He'd been vomiting blood and hyperventilating during the 24 hours before his death. Because no flights could land during the frigid winter, Marks' body had to be stored for months until late October and then autopsied in New Zealand, Antarctica's nearest neighbor.
by Dave Roos, March 8th, 2017

The mysterious death touched off an international incident. Marks was an Australian working on a U.S. base (Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station) and the investigation into his death was being handled in New Zealand. If it turned out to be ruled a homicide, where would the case be tried?

Tom DeLonge promises ‘BIG UFO ANNOUNCEMENT’ within 60 DAYS

(Jon Austin) FORMER Blink-182 frontman Tom DeLonge has claimed “a big announcement” in the world of alien and UFO disclosure is due in the next 60 days.

by Jon Austin, March 9th, 2017

The singer-turned UFO investigator spoke after being named UFO “Researcher Of The Year” by the International UFO Congress.

In his acceptance speech he suggested there was about to be a big leap in the quest for truth over aliens.

He has been involved in a mystery project, details of which emerged when emails he sent Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta were released by WikiLeaks during the US presidential election campaign.

The emails suggested he was in talks with significant US military sources.

Four years ago, Edward Snowden accomplished one of the most significant intelligence leaks in U.S. history, confirming to the world that the government really does spy on you. Two years later, Samsung casually warned the public that their Smart TVs could record their living room banter.

Now, even if you’re alone in a room, if that room contains a laptop, computer, or Smart TV, it’s possible that someone out there is listening to you, and even watching you. The worst part? You wouldn’t even know.

A new technology called TVision Insights was recently launched, allowing companies to monitor TV watchers’ viewing habits. This means that they can literally watch you as you watch TV, and the technology even records data on where your eyes are looking, when you’re distracted, and what emotions you’re conveying.

There’s no doubt that humans have made quite an impact on Planet Earth, especially due to global development. Now, scientists have identified an explosion of newly formed minerals created as a direct result of our influence on the chemical makeup of the planet.

What’s most intriguing about this is that never before has a species defined their existence by creating new, naturally forming minerals.

“This is a spike of mineral novelty that is so rapid – most of it in the last 200 years, compared to the 4.5bn year history of Earth. There is nothing like it in Earth’s history,” study team member Robert Hazen from the Carnegie Institution for Science told The Guardian“This is a blink of an eye, it is just a surge and of course we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg.”

Venus is retrograde from March 4th until April 15th. It has been building up since January 30th, when Venus entered what is called the “pre-shadow” period. When a planet goes retrograde, our perspective here on Earth makes it appear to be going backwards in the sky.

Unlike Mercury Retrograde, Venus Retrogrades occur less frequently, every 19 months, but they last about twice as long. Although both retrogrades have some similarities in regards to how they might affect your social life, Venus still presents a much different vibe.

Retrogrades are a time to revisit, reflect on, and make adjustments to things represented by that planet. Venus rules over love, intimate relationships, friendships, values, money, beauty, and overall attractability. It is associated with our passions, creativity, pleasures, and tastes.

We had a Solar Eclipse in Pisces and a Lunar Eclipse in Leo in the weeks leading up to this Venus retrograde, which will also have a strong influence over the coming months. The Leo eclipse reinforces the potential shifts with the Venus themes of passion, creativity, and love. For some people, the Solar Eclipse in Pisces combined Venus could represent the need to move beyond an unrealistic outlook on relationships.

The Siberian permafrost has been a massive freezer for everything buried within it for hundreds of thousands of years. But climate change has provoked an alarming defrost of the tundra.

“Permafrost is a silent ticking time bomb,” explains Robert Spencer, an environmental scientist at Florida State University, because as it thaws, the dirt can release bacteria, carbon, methane, viruses, and more.

Huge holes have even begun appearing seemingly out of the blue, and in other places, the tundra is bubbling beneath people’s feet.

Now, new research has revealed that one of the permafrost’s biggest craters in the region, which is referred to by the local Yakutian people as the “doorway to the underworld”, is growing so quickly that it’s exposing forests, carcasses, and up to 200,000 years of historical climate records. It’s called the Batagaika crater, which is a “megaslump” or “thermokarst.”
